CHARLES HENRY STANGER, 79
CHARLES HENRY STANGER, 79, of Fort Wayne, passed away Saturday, November 7, 2015 at his residence. He was born December 6, 1935 in Fort Wayne to the late August K. and Susie (Pion) Stanger.
He retired from Bob Stone Electric, was a member of Emmaus Lutheran Church and American Legion #241.
Surviving are his children, Charles Todd Stanger of Middleburg, Florida, Bret Alan (Lori) Stanger of Winona Lake, Indiana, Keith W. (Laura) Lehman of Indianapolis, Steven A. (Dana) Lehman of Fort Wayne, Victoria L. (Steven) Wright of Fort Wayne, and Tammy K. (Jeffrey) Fero of Fishers, IN; sister, Marjorie (Jim) Keefer of Fort Wayne, IN; 14 grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette L. (Toussaint) Stanger in 2010; son, Paul A. Lehman; and siblings, Kenneth Springer, Louise M. Powell, and Joan D. Adamonis.
Funeral service was Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46809. Visitation Friday, November 13, 2015 from 4 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
Burial in Highland Park Cemetery.
