CHINA PALACE – THE FRIENDLY FOODIE
Chinese carryout is a favorite of many people. It’s a perfect end to a long day when cooking dinner is out of the question. So, how do you choose which restaurant to go with? The defining differences between your many options are service and taste. China Palace on Bluffton Road excels in both of these categories. I was welcomed with smiling faces and cheerful service full of comfortable conversation and a nice cold glass of water while I waited on my carryout order. This family owned restaurant has much to be proud of!
On top of the unimpeachable customer service I was, as always, more than satisfied with my meal. The food was hot, delicious, and plentiful. I also appreciate that my carryout orders are always packaged cleanly and neatly. The price point for China Palace is completely reasonable considering the portion sizes, the service, and the quality of food. You can get a carryout meal for under $15 including an appetizer.
I recommend the Mongolian Chicken with Egg Rolls and Crab Rangoon. The flavors of the sauce are rich and the Crab Rangoon is to die for. If you are in the market for a new food to try for your palate, try the Shrimp Bread. If you’re thinking that this may sound a bit unique and adventurous, you’re right! It was unique, but a wonderful flavor and surprisingly delicious texture.
Needless to say, China Palace is rockin’ it in the carryout arena! If I had to pick a Chinese restaurant in Fort Wayne to support time and time again, China Palace would be it. If you’ve yet to experience first hand the impeccable service and delicious food at China Palace, go for it!
