STRENGTH AGAINST VIOLENCE
Runners, walkers, cyclists, rollerbladers, wheelchair riders, and all who enjoy a healthy outdoor lifestyle lined the edge of the trail shoulder-to-shoulder, starting under the bridge at Lower Huntington and Tillman Roads in the Strength Against Violence event on Saturday, October 13, 2012. After a moment of silence they stood for 20 minutes to show their support for the safety of fellow outdoor athletes. Many wore white to symbolize non-violence and all welcomed the walkers, runners, cyclists and trail users that passed by.
