NORMAN E. “MORT” DALMAN, 73
NORMAN E. “MORT” DALMAN, 73, of Fort Wayne passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2018. He was born on May 21, 1944, a son of the late Charles and Latonia (Waggeman) Dalman. He worked his entire life in the construction field as a welder and roofer, most recently working as a superintendent at Fort Wayne Roofing. He belonged to American Legion Post 241 and enjoyed bowling.
He will be remembered as a man to go to for information about many things and his love for his family, especially his grandchildren.
Surviving family include his wife, Judy Dalman; son, James (Melissa) Dalman; daughter-in-law, Kelly Jo Dalman; grandchildren, Denver, Tori, and Norman; great grandchildren, Elijah and Lily; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in passing by his son, Ed Dalman; and one sister and one brother.
A time of sharing was 3:30 pm on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Rd., Fort Wayne with visitation starting at 12:00 pm followed by graveside services at Prairie Grove Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
