COMMERCIAL FACADE GRANT PROGRAM PRESENTATION
When: Tues. Oct. 3, 2pm
Where: Kingston Residence, 7517 Winchester Rd.
Add’l: Open to business & commercial property owners. The presentation will discuss the program, which is designed to assist business owners in making improvements to the exterior of their commercial properties. Enhancements can include new siding, architectural features, signage, lighting, awnings, parking improvements, decorative fencing and more. Applicants to provide a dollar-for-dollar match in order to receive the grant.

HISTORY TOUR/ DAY TRIP
When: Thurs. October 26
Add’l: A day trip to visit the Indianapolis Presidential home site of Benjamin Harrison, 23rd President of the United States. Departure will be from the Swinney Homestead, 1424 W. Jefferson Blvd. at 8:30 am and return by 5:00 pm. Early lunch stop will be at the Rathskellar Restaurant.

PURDUETTES TO PERFORM AT VINCENTFEST
When: Sun, Sept. 24, 2 p.m.
Where: St. Vincent School, 1502 E. Wallen Rd.
Add’l: Purdue University’s renowned female vocal ensemble known for their precise professional look and style, the Purduettes bring a broad repertoire of music ranging from religious, pop, classical and contemporary to swing, patriotic, gospel, jazz and Broadway. The 60-member organization will perform in full ensemble, small specialty groups and solo presentations.
Cost: No admission fee.
