STEEL DYNAMICS SPONSORS SEPTEMBER HONOR FLIGHT

Honor Flight Northeast Indiana (HFNEI) is pleased to announce that Steel Dynamics, Inc. will sponsor Flight #25 scheduled for September 27, 2017. Sponsoring the Honor Flight represents a $75,000 donation by Steel Dynamics, Inc.

Honor Flight President Dennis Covert states, “We are elated and grateful to learn that Steel Dynamics will become a Full-Flight Sponsor for Honor Flight Northeast Indiana. With a waiting list of over 700 veterans, this financial commitment will immensely bolster our bottom line, thus assuring our veterans realize their dream of visiting the memorials built in their honor in Washington D.C.”

This will be the fourth full-flight sponsor for HFNEI. The first was Flight #14, funded by Dennis and Charline Covert; the second and third full flight sponsors were Paulding Putnam Electric COOP who raised enough money for two Honor Flights last September and October.
