Why: This event helps to raise funds to support the work of the local hearing clinic. HearCare Connection was established in 2011 to provide low-income and uninsured individuals & families reduced fees on hearing healthcare based on family size and household income.
Add’l: This evening will host a wine & beer tasting, live auction supported by Scheerer McCulloch Auctioneers, heavy appetizers by Granite City and Bandidos, and our own local musician Richie Wolfe will be performing.

FIRST ANNUAL NOTRE DAME FOOTBALL TAILGATE
When: Sat., Oct. 15
Where: St. Joseph Hessen Cassel School Activity Center
Add’l: Similar in feel to the annual stag-only “Smoker” event, the Tailgate will be for all men and women over 21 years of age, with funds raised going to support the school’s Tuition Assistance Fund. Admission is $10 pre-sale and $15 at the door, with admission including tailgate food such as chili, hotdogs, and pulled pork. There will be a cornhole tournament, casino and door prizes. The Notre Dame vs. Stanford game will begin at 7:30p. Beer and wine tickets will be sold.
