NORIKO MILLER, 87

NORIKO MILLER, 87, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday, January 8, 2015 at Lutheran Hospital. She was born February 11, 1927 in Kumamoto, Japan to the late Takeo and Hana Kutsuwa. She worked as a clerk at Mr. Wigs and then later, Hecks Department Stores for around 15 years. She enjoyed fishing, camping, and working outside in her flower gardens.

She is survived by her children, Douglas Miller of Fort Wayne; daughter, Judy Fry of Yoder; grandsons, Robert (Kerry) Ybarra of Buffalo, NY and Jason Ybarra of Fort Wayne; great granddaughter, Allyson Ybarra; brother, Seiji Kutsuwa of Kumamoto, Japan; and Step Grandchildren, Adam Fry of Fort Wayne and Jason (Tiffany) Fry of Wichita, Kansas; and her nieces and nephews of Japan and Fort Wayne.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Miller in 1989; sister, Fusako Kutsuwa and Hidenori Kutsuwa.

Funeral service was Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46809 with visitation 1-hour prior. Visitation also on Monday, January 12, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Burial in Concordia Gardens.
