CHERYL A. JACKEMEYER, 55

CHERYL A. JACKEMEYER, 55, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at Hospice Home. She was born on June 29, 1957 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Donald and Viola (Pfotenhauer) Eishen. She worked as an RN at Pediatric Associates and most recently at the Rehabilitation Hospital.

Surviving family include her husband, Mark E. Jackemeyer, of Fort Wayne; children, Angela (Jeff) Runion, Chad (Amanda Herbst) Jackemeyer, Joseph (Molly) Jackemeyer, all of Fort Wayne; siblings, Paul (Stephanie) Eishen of Texas, Donald Eishen of Texas, Suzanne (Warren) Cornett of Fort Wayne, Thomas (Brenda) Eishen of Texas; and 6 grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in passing by a son, Chris Jackemeyer.
A funeral service was 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne with visitation beginning at 9:00 am. Burial at the Scipio Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home, by bringing a board game which will be donated to charity, or St. Therese Catholic Church. Visit www.elzey-patterson-rodakfuneralhome.com to leave condolences.
