OPAL (WINGET) REDDIN
OPAL (WINGET) REDDIN passed away November 9, 2011 at Haven Hospice, Chiefland, FL. She was born June 1929 in Hartford City, IN to the late Albert Winget and Margaret (Coons) (Winget) Ziegler. Opal married her husband of 55 years, Loyal LaRue Reddin December 1953 and lived most of her life in Allen County, IN.
They moved to Old Town, Florida in 1989.
She loved and cared for family and is survived by sons, Steven (Luci) Winget of Woodburn, Randy Reddin of Old Town, Florida, and James Reddin of Kissimmee, Florida; brother, Walter Winget of New Haven; nine grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by brothers, Paul Winget, Floyd aWinget and William Winget; sisters, Mabel Fritzinger, Nellie Cullen and Mary Bieber.
Memorial service will be Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46809 with visitation 1-hour prior. Burial will be in Hoverstock Cemetery, Zanesville, IN.
Preferred memorials may be made to Hospice.
