VIOLET D. BOVEINE, 103, passed away Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Lutheran Life Villages. Mrs. Boveine was born to the late David & Emma (Smith) Boveine on February 12, 1907 in Fort Wayne, where she lived most of her life.
She was employed at Stillmans, Frank Dry Goods, and Retired from Howards Gift Store. Mrs. Boveine was a member of Emmaus Lutheran Church.
Surviving are two nieces and many grand nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were three brothers and two sisters.
Services were Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, IN at 11:00 A.M. with calling one hour prior to services. Calling was also on Monday from 4 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial was in Prairie Grove Cemetery.
