HILDA FEASTER, 94

HILDA FEASTER, 94, formerly of Fort Wayne, passed away Saturday, May 1, 2010 at Ossian Health and Rehabilitation Center, Ossian. Mrs. Feaster was born June 6, 1915 in Fort Wayne to the late Seighfried and Mathilda (Hambrock) Blum. She was a homemaker, a member of Zion Lutheran Church and enjoyed letter writing to her pen pals all over the world. Mrs. Feaster also enjoyed sewing, cooking, and anything having to do with butterflies.

Surviving are three children, Donavon L. Feaster, Joel K. (Pamela) Feaster, and Cheryl J. Walker, all of Fort Wayne. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren.

Preceding Mrs. Feaster in death are her husband, Clifford B. Feaster in 1975, five sisters and one brother.

Funeral services were Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Zion Lutheran Church, 2313 Hanna, Fort Wayne, with calling from 9 to 11 A.M. at church. Burial was at Prairie Grove Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Zion Lutheran Church or Turnstone.
