DONALD E. HARZ, 69
DONALD E. HARZ, 69, of Naples, Florida passed away February 1, 2010. He had been a resident of Naples since 1976, having moved from Fort Wayne, Indiana. Born in Fort Wayne on January 13, 1941 to Edward and Luella Harz, Don was a loving husband and father, an avid golfer and a man who enjoyed traveling. In Fort Wayne, he was a member of the Summit City Masonic Lodge #170, a member of the Scottish Rite and was Mizpah Shriner. In Naples, he was a member of the Naples Shrine Club and worked for many years as a realtor for Worthington Communities and Vanderbilt Country Club, retiring in 2005.
Don is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Wanda; and his daughter, Vicki (Brian) Vazquez of Houston, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his son, Donald E. Harz, II.
Inurnment was private. Contributions in Don’s memory may be made to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children, Mizpah Shrine Temple, 407 West Berry Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
