USF PROMOTES MCCAFFREY

Mike McCaffrey, Director of Athletic Marketing and Promotions for the University of Saint Francis, has been promoted to Assistant Athletics Director. McCaffrey’s promotion was announced by USF Director of Athletics Mark A. Pope and is effective July 1.

“Since his arrival in 2008, Mike has transformed USF Sports Marketing into a significant presence in this community,” said Pope.  “Under Mike’s leadership, USF Athletics doubled its marketing revenue; and through his efforts, USF sports have witnessed increases in both attendance and publicity.  aHis attention to detail, customer focus and innovative ideas for our Department merit this promotion.”

In addition to his continued duties in Sports Marketing and Promotions, McCaffrey will supervise USF’s work-study students and assist in the preparation of the Department’s eligibility rosters.  McCaffrey also is an adjunct faculty member in the USF Keith Busse School of Business.
