The other day I picked up the book 1,001 Reasons to Love America by Hubert Pedroli and Mary Tiegreen.
The book’s introduction states the list for reasons to love America is endless “and we had to reduce it down to 1,001. Our hope is that this book serves as an inspiration to discover other things to love about our great country.”
Our patriotic songs: America The Beautiful, Star Spangled Banner, America, God Bless America and This Land is Your Land.
Baseball Legends: Jackie Robinson, Satchel Paige, Lou Gehrig, Babe Ruth, Ted Williams, Joe DiMaggio and Henry Aaron.
Our great Presidents: Washington, Lincoln, FDR and many others. Our parks, monuments, Mt. Rushmore and the Statue of Liberty.
This book 320 pages in many colors and black and white is one terrific book.
A good attitude is to think everyday some reason why you can love America.
