WANE-TV’S ANALOG SIGNAL TO REMAIN ON AFTER FEB. 17
After careful evaluation to ensure we are making decisions that are in the best interest of our viewers, WANE-TV, NewsChannel 15 has decided to not discontinue broadcasting its analog signals after February 17, 2009.
Our decision was based on detailed analysis of how prepared our viewers are for the switch to Digital TV. WANE-TV has dedicated a tremendous amount of time, inventory and resources to educating viewers about the digital transition. We will continue to assist viewers while determining the most appropriate time for our station and viewers to transition to Digital TV.
Our in-house staff works with community members and our local writers to find, write and edit the latest and most interesting news-worthy stories. We are your free community newspaper, boasting positive, family friendly and unique news.
