LOOKING FOR HOMES
Experience another culture without leaving your home. Two local companies are looking for host families to open their homes to students from all over Europe and to help them learn our American way of life.
LEC (a non-profit organization) sponsors French students who will arrive this August for a three week visit. DMDiscoveries is a non-profit organization which brings foreign students to the United States to live with host families for the school year. These students attend their local high school and are even eligible for an honorary degree. The students come with insurance, spending money, references and a desire to learn more about our country and improve their English.
The host family is asked to simply provide room and board and support the students while they are working hard to learn our language and culture.
