VICTORIA LEA WUEBBENHORST, 62

VICTORIA LEA WUEBBENHORST, 62, of Fort Wayne, died Monday, April 7, 2008, at her home. Born June 11, 1945, in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of Frances Vannalter and the late William Vannalter. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and active member of Trinity Lutheran Ladies Guild. She was a homemaker.

Also surviving are her loving husband, Allan Wuebbenhorst of Fort Wayne; daughters, Kim (Doug) Shaefer and Laura (Patrick) Hartman; son, Jamie Slaughter; stepdaughters, Laura (Michael) Silverstein and Janet Ludden; stepsons, Michael (Diane) Wuebbenhorst and Kurt (Robin) Wuebbenhorst; sister, Connie Hicks; devoted feline, Samantha; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her son, Kevin Slaughter.

Funeral service was Friday, April 11, 2008 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 7819 Decatur Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Calling was Thursday, April 10, 2008 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Burial in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.
