REYNOLD GENE “REGGIE” BLY, 64
REYNOLD GENE “REGGIE” BLY, 64, of Garrett, died Wednesday, June 13, 2007, at Lutheran Hospital. Born January 26, 1943, in Fort Wayne, he was a plant foreman working for 21 years at Freuhauf and also worked at Horizon Transport for 15 years. He was a member of American Legion, Kendallville; former member of Allen County Sheriff’s Reserve; and former president of Fort Wayne 4-Wheel Drive Club.
Surviving are his wife, Janice K. Bly of Garrett; sons, Donn (Kathleen) Bly of Auburn and Chad (Deb) Bly of Paulding, Ohio; stepson, John (Lisa) Cordes of Garrett; stepdaughters, Anna (G. Scot) Dilts of Sumpter, South Carolina and Amy (Chris) Graham of Garrett; brother, Wayne Bly of Fort Wayne; sisters, Rita Lafferty and Myra Atkinson, both of Fort Wayne, and Julie Smith of Louisville, Kentucky; 13 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Phyllis Jackson Bly in 1995.
Funeral service was Saturday, June 16, 2007 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Visitation was Friday, June 15, 2007 at the funeral home. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery.
