UNIFORMS AND MORE CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING

Two years ago this summer, Amy Shriner, LPN and her husband David of Huntington began to live an American dream: opening their own business. A nurse herself, Amy had always desired to open a uniform store that would offer a big selection at lower prices. She says, “When I was working as an LPN, most of the uniforms were white.” It was out of a desire for variety and fair pricing, that avoids gimmicks, that Uniforms and More in Huntington was born.

The business was a success, and at the request of many happy customers, Amy and David recently opened a second store in Fort Wayne at Village at Times Corners.

One customer, a Lutheran nurse, said to Amy, “This store is amazing!” The store offers a wide selection of styles and colors from pretty spring pastels with flowers to sterile whites. Also available within the store are accessories ranging from watches to stethoscopes. Many types and styles of uniforms are sold; including nurse, EMT and a new line of chef-wear.

Celebrating National Nurses Week and their Grand Opening, from April 30th through May 5th, Uniforms and More will be having a drawing to win up to $1,000.00 in gift certificates, 10% off and extended hours on May 5th.
