MARKLEBANK STAFF COMMENDED AFTER ROBBERY

Kiel and Ford both interacted with the robber and followed procedure throughout the experience. Immediately following the robbery, employees got a description of the getaway vehicle while notifying police.
Oatess credited the updated, digital recordings of the robbery with the timely identification of the suspect. These recordings enabled law enforcement to distribute clear pictures of the robber within an hour of the robbery. The high quality pictures of the suspect were instrumental in generating good leads. The suspect is now in custody.
Travis Holdman, MarkleBank’s President and CEO, commented, “Good equipment, training, and the best staff who do things right contributed to the quick identification and capture of the suspect. The staff kept cool heads and everyone was safe.”
