JACK STUART BOWSER, 74
JACK STUART BOWSER, 74, of Fort Wayne, died Saturday, November 26, 2005, at his residence. Born February 11, 1931, in Auburn, he was maintenance supervisor for Vulcraft and also worked for his father at Roy I. Bowser Heating & Plumbing. He attended Culver Military Academy and was a member of the Black Horse Troop and Waynedale United Methodist Church. He was a Korean Conflict Era Navy Veteran, honorably discharged in 1950.
Survived by his wife Sharon Bowser; son Kim (Penny) Bowser of Indianapolis; daughter Kitty (Maurice) Smith of Fort Wayne; and sister Joanne (Leonard) Baum of Tampa, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents Roy I. and Catherine (Kinsey) Bowser; and sister April Dawn Davis.
Service was Wednesday, November 30, at Waynedale United Methodist Church, 2501 Church St., Fort Wayne, with Pastor Mike Harris officiating. Calling was Tuesday, November 29, at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Graveside service was 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 30, at Alton Cemetery, St. Joe, Indiana.
