RICHARD P. BLUM, 69

RICHARD P. BLUM, 69, died Saturday, September 17, 2005, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Allen County, he was a Lineman with I & M for 39 years, retiring in 1996.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Rose Blum of Fort Wayne; daughters, Kari (Steve) Schaadt and Kristi (Rob) Stroupe, both of Fort Wayne; sons, Kevin (Glenda) Blum and Kurtis (Julie) Blum, both of Fort Wayne; seven grandchildren; brother, Albert A. Blum of Fort Wayne; and sister, Ardith (James) Zolman of Fort Wayne.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Fred D. Blum Jr.

Service was Thursday, September 22 at D. O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road. The Rev. Charles Sunberg officiating. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery.
