SMOKE ON THE WIND

My beautiful wife and very best friend said, “Honey, you need to write something for Smoke on the Wind.”‑ I said, “What should I write about?”‑ “It will come to you,” was her reply.

It will come to you, and it will come to me.‑ It will come to all of us, each and every one.‑ Red, yellow, black or white.‑ Makes no difference.‑ Short, skinny, fat, or tall.‑ And get this:‑ it is free for you and for me.‑ As a matter of fact, it is free for all.‑ That’s correct.‑ It doesn’t cost you one red cent, excuse the pun!‑ You don’t need a coupon.‑ You will, however, need three things, and then it will come to you.‑ First:‑ Knock – and keep knocking.‑ I promise this is not a knock-knock joke.‑ In fact, it is no joke at all.‑ It is the truth, plain and simple.‑ Ok, now that we have knocked and the door has been opened, the second thing we do is to ask.‑ We ask to be forgiven.‑ We ask to be renewed and refreshed in the name of The Way Shower.‑ If you don’t know who The Way Shower is, then you have been knocking on the wrong door.‑ Seek and you shall find.‑ Knock and the door shall open.‑ Ask and it will be given to you, and have the faith of a child.‑ Oh, and one last thing.‑ If you are still complaining about the heat, I pray that you will be showered with the cool refreshing love of The Holy Spirit.

Howdy to all my friends and family who read the Smoke on the Wind column.‑Mark your calendars for August 13th & 14th.‑This is the 10th anninversary of the Mihshihkinaahkwa Pow Wow to be held at Morsches Park, State Road 205, Columbia City, IN.‑ Jane and I will be there both days.‑Look for us at the Huwati Herbals booth:‑ Natural Remedies from the Medicine Cabinet of Mother Earth.‑Please visit our web site:‑ www.NuwatiHerbals.com.‑You can purchase these products from us at the pow wow.‑Jane and I look forward to seeing you there.‑If you want more‑pow wow information, call (260) 244-7843 or (260) 625-4370.

God bless you, my friends!
