GENEVA L. NUSBAUM, 74
GENEVA L. NUSBAUM, 74, of Fort Wayne, died Wednesday, September 29, 2004, at Golden Years Homestead. Born February 17, 1930, in Illinois, she was a homemaker and she also worked at various places before retiring, in 1972. She was a member of South Wayne Baptist Church.
Surviving are her son, F. Paul Nusbaum Jr. of Albuquerque, N.M.; daughters, Jennifer (Don) Emrick of Lancaster, California, Karen (Alan “Bo”) Schide of Dayton, Ohio and Connie Phillips and companion, Pam Lochner of Fort Wayne; brother, Jimmie DeWitt of Quincy, Illinois; special longtime friends, Jeanie Fitzpatrick and Jo Lute; many friends at South Wayne Baptist Church; several nieces and nephews; grandchildren, Donnie (Cindy) Emrick, Troy (Elizabeth) Huliba, Sjon (Theresa) Nusbaum, Jeffrey Huliba, Heather Phillips and Nicole Phillips; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Floyd Nusbaum; and great-grandson, Tyler.
Funeral service was Saturday, October 2, at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
