ROWLAND N. HISNER, 84
ROWLAND N. HISNER, 84, of Allen County, died Thursday, August 12, 2004, at his residence. Born November 23, 1919, in Hoagland, he retired from Rea Wire after 37 years and was a lifelong farmer. He was a member of the 25 Year Club at Rea Wire and member of Nine Mile United Methodist Church. He was a World War II Army veteran.
Surviving are his wife of 60 years, Ruth M. Hisner of Ossian; daughter, Marsha K. Hisner of Fort Wayne; son,
