THOMAS E. FOULKS, 68

THOMAS E. FOULKS, 68, died Sunday, March 14, 2004, in a local Fort Wayne hospital. He was born August 27, 1935, in Fort Wayne. After 13 years in the Air Force, he worked as a newsman and editor for newspapers, radio and television. He also served as County Commissioner for El Paso County, Colorado, before his retirement.

Surviving are his wife, Viola Manning Foulks of Fort Wayne; his mother, Mary Lou Schenher of Toledo, Ohio; sons, Thomas Jr. (Wendy) of Stockton, California, Joseph (Cindy) of Gillette, Wyoming and Dana Alan of Denver, Colorado; daughter, Kathleen (Jeff) Downey of Gillette, Wyoming; sister, LeAnna (Cris) Hastin; and brother, Nick Schenher, both of Toledo, Ohio; uncle, Roscoe (Bus) Lydy of Bluffton; aunt, Maxine Roussey of Fort Wayne; and seven grandchildren.

Service was11:30a.m. Wednesday, March 17th at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne.
