WILLODEAN (FARRIS) ZINN, 87
Willodean (Farris) Zinn, 87, died Saturday, November 22, 2003 at her son Kenneth’s residence in Warren, Indiana. Born June 20th, 1916 in Nauvoo, Walker County, Alabama, she retired in 1982 after 25 years at W. S. Shamban Plastics. She attended Waynedale United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by brothers Barney, Charles, and Bill Farris, sisters Ruth Black and Lois Rutledge. “Our beloved Granny, joined her Heavenly Father surrounded by the love of her family.”
She is survived by son Kenneth (Marvis) Farris, Warren, Indiana; daughter Wanda (Ron) Smith, Fort Wayne; brothers Ben Farris, Pascagoula, Mississippi; Larry D. Farris, Jasper, Alabama; sister Mana Haygood, Pascagoula, Mississippi; Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren Tammy Diehm and son Noah, Jamie (Karla) Farris and sons Jake, Jess, John, and Don Hettinger, Rev. Rob (Judy) Farris and daughters Ashley & Katlyn, Wendy Smith, Ron Smith and son Spencer.
Services were held Tuesday, November 25, 2003 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Memorials to Visiting Nurse Service and Hospice or Waynedale United Methodist Church.
