SUZANNE L. SCHOENEMANN, 44

Suzanne L. Schoenemann, 44, died Sunday, October 6, 2002 at St. Joseph Hospital. She was owner of Creative Kids Pre School/Rolling Hills Day Care for 13 years and manager of Travel World (7 years) Huntington and Bluffton. She is the daughter of Frances “Bud” Hunnicutt and Shirley (Morlet) Hunnicutt. She was a member of Monson Chapel United Methodist Church, Women’s Society at Church, Girl Scouts of America (23-years), Leader, Service Unit Manager, Council trainer, Outstanding Leader, “Freddie Frank Award,” Girl of the Limberlost, and Appreciation Pin.

She is survived by her husband Michael L. Schoenemann, Roanoke; son Joseph M. Schoenemann, Roanoke; daughter Emily J. Schoenemann, Roanoke; parents Frances (Bud) & Shirley Hunnicutt, Huntington, Indiana; in-laws Paul and Mary Ann Schoenemann, Roanoke; sisters Vicky Spradlin, San Antonio, Texas; Brenda Hunnicutt, Bluffton, Indiana; and brother Tony Hunnicutt, Roanoke.

Services were held Wednesday, October 9, 2002 at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home – Winchester Road Chapel with burial St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery. Preferred memorials to Schoenemann Children’s’ Education Fund or The Church Building Fund.
