SMOKE ON THE WIND
Having just returned from a SUN Conference (Spiritual Unity of Nations) at Black Mountain, NC, in the Smoky Mountains, I had the thought that those mountains look that way because of all the prayers being said by the folks back home in Indiana and elsewhere. There is a great peace and tranquility felt there in the mountains. People came from all over the country to attend the SUN Conference. We saw old friends and made new ones.
As we left the mountains, heading back to Indiana, I was convinced more than ever that the prayers, good thoughts, positive attitudes, love and respect from this great nation and the smoke on the wind (our prayers), yours and mine, lingers in those mountains, The Smokies. I think we need to continue sending our smoke (prayers) and while we’re at it, let’s build a mountain here in Indiana and call it The Great Prayer Mountain.
