We would like to inform you of a new auction and realty company. Although a new name in the Waynedale area, Martin and Bailey is established in the auction industry with over forty-five years of combined experience.
Larry Martin is a graduate of Reppert’s School of Auctioneering and the Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI). He is also a real estate broker with a (GRI) Graduate Realtors Institute designation.
His auction experience has been with several local firms involved in the marketing of real estate and personal property. Larry currently sells at the Shipshewana Antique and Collectible auction as well as the Borkholder Dutch Village auction in Nappanee.
Dane Bailey is also a graduate of Reppert’s and brings several years of auction experience. Like Larry, he also sells at Shipshewana and Nappanee. Dane is a real estate broker and is a member and graduate of the Certified Appraiser’s Guild of America. Dane is also a regular instructor at the Reppert’s School of Auctioneering and a seminar speaker. He is also known locally as the “Singing Auctioneer” in Southern Gospel Music.
