‘OKLAHOMA’
Tickets for the rousing Rodger’s and Hammerstein musical OKLAHOMA went on sale January 14. General admission tickets are $14 for adults; $12 for senior and $7 for students. Reserved seating is available at Creative Arts Council for $16 each reserved seat or $25 patron level, which includes listing in the program. Show dates are February 1,2,8,9, at 8pm and February 3 and 10 at 4pm. General admission tickets are sold 24 hours at Bluffton Motor Inn, 608 N. Main Street, Bluffton, Indiana and during regular business hours at Bluffton NAPA, 643 N. Main Street. Creative Arts Council is located at 110 West Washington, where ticket sales are open 11am to 4pm weekdays. Orders may be placed by phone or mail with best available seating. Visa and MasterCard accepted. The Theater location is 428 S. Oak Street in Bluffton.

SKYLINE SENIORS MEET
Chaplain Joe Grim from “Transport For Christ” will speak at the Skyline Church, 5300 Winchester Road, Tuesday, February 12 at 10am. There will be a potluck luncheon at noon.
SETTLERS TO OFFER HOME SCHOOL PROGRAM
A history program for home schooled children will be offered by Settlers, Inc. at the Swinney Homestead, 1424 West Jefferson Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN, on February 21, 2002, from 9 to 11 a.m. “Make and Play with Old Fashioned Toys at the Swinney Homestead ” will provide a memorable history lesson for students seven years or older. A guardian must accompany children. $7.50 fee will be charged for all attendees. For registration information, call 260-484-8087. Registration deadline is February 14th.
NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING

Join Bob Dispenza as we explore the past, present, and future of Metea Park while learning more about winter survival and celestial objects overhead on a winter Night Hike. Dress for the weather – we won’t let a little snow stop us. Flashlights are optional but will not be used on the hike; also there is no bug repellent needed. We will meet at the parking lot inside the gate at 7pm.

The 3rd Annual Battle of the Bands, A Night of FAME scheduled for March 9, 2002 is currently accepting audition tapes. NEW WORSHIP SERVICE

A Portrait of Ability and Inspiration
Terry Haffner has been designing greeting cards, soloed in musicals, and addressing audiences at fundraising dinners before the age of 12. Terry has always been focused and determined. Born with partial legs and without arms, Terry faced many challenges at birth, which turned into opportunities in life as family, teachers, doctors, and community leaders helped Terry see what gifts he had.
With a degree from Purdue University and the special training to allow him to drive a van, Terry now is in high demand as a visiting artist in schools, and also a keynote and dinner speaker. Terry travels America with a message of rekindling the values of faith, education, family respect, and serving others. Terry sees himself as a role model for children and adults.
The acrylic landscapes/seascapes of churches, western valleys, winter scenes, and lighthouses are among Terry’s best sellers. Terry has said, “God’s presence and his blueprint for me became clear. I knew that my voice, sense of humor, and ability to paint would play roles in my life. I felt that God wanted me always to touch the lives of others.”
