KAMPFIRE KOOKIN’
BOY SCOUT SPAGHETTI TOSS
1/2 lb. spaghetti (cooked)
1 lb. smoked sausage (cut bite size pieces)
1 medium to large onion (cut in wedges – 1/8ths)
1 medium red pepper (cut in wedges – 1/8ths)
1 medium green pepper (cut in wedges – 1/8ths)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Cook sausage, onion and peppers in skillet. Before serving toss sausage, onion, and peppers with the cheese and serve. Serve with garlic bread and a tossed salad. Should serve 4 to 6 adults or 2 hungry Boy Scouts.
