MERLE EDWARD SEIY, 90
MERLE EDWARD SEIY, 90, of Fort Wayne, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Lutheran Hospital. He was born January 11, 1925 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the late Arthur and Mildred (Whitaker) Seiy. He worked for Magnavox as a product manager and contract negotiator. He was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church and an Army Air Corp WWII veteran.
Surviving are his wife, Grace Seiy of Fort Wayne; children, Brian (Dawn) Seiy and Michael Seiy, both of Fort Wayne, and David (Gillian) Seiy of Kenmore, Washington; grandchildren, Amber (Nick) Terrell, David Paulen, Gillian Paulen, Sarah Seiy, Dianna Seiy, and Danielle (Jeremy) Bartlow; and great grandchildren, Jessie Lynn Park, Jaxon Park, Conner Terrell, and James Bartlow.
Also preceding him in death was his daughter, Elayne Seiy; and sister, Arlene Marsick.
Funeral service was Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 2 PM at Lutheran Life Village, 6701 South Anthony Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN 46816 with visitation 1-hour prior. Visitation on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 from 5 to 8 PM at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, IN. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
