CARMEN C. MICHAEL, 90
CARMEN C. MICHAEL, 90, of Fort Wayne, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, Thursday September 6, at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, Fort Wayne. Born in Macy, Indiana, on February 22, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Frederick F. and Laura L. Pritz. She was a longtime member of Emmaus Lutheran Church, and most recently a member of Peace Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne.
“She was a loving and devoted Wife, Mother, and Grandmother”
She is survived by her children; Karen Michael, and Robert (Christine) Michael, both of Fort Wayne, Marcia (James) Winkelmann, and Joyce (Gary) Davis, of Indianapolis, along with six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her husband G. Robert Michael, brother; Dale Pritz, and grandson; Jeff Winkelmann.
Funeral Service were held at 11 AM Tuesday, September 11, at Peace Lutheran Church, 4900 Fairfield Ave., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior at church. Calling was also held from 4 – 8 PM Monday, September 10, at Klaehn, Fahl, Melton Funeral Homes Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road, Fort Wayne. Burial in Concordia Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne, IN.
