WOMEN IN THE OUTDOORS
Women interested in experiencing a relaxing, fun-filled day in the outdoors and meeting new friends are invited to an NWTF Women in the Outdoors event on June 8, 2103 at the Izaak Walton League-17100 Griffin Road in Huntertown.
Ladies ages 12 and up are encouraged to attend. Hands-on instruction will be provided by friendly experts trained to work with beginners and participants of all skill levels.
The event, which begins at 7:30a.m., will include the following activities:
•Shooting
•Archery
•Fishing
•Birdwatching
•Self-defense
•Outdoor Cooking
•Wilderness Crafts
And many, many more!
Participation is just $50 by May 18 and goes up in price after that date, which includes membership in Women in the Outdoors and an annual subscription to Turkey Country, the NWTF’s official magazine.
