ROLL OUT THE YEAR! FREE SKATING PARTY
The Wayne Township Trustee Office is excited to present “Roll Out The Year,” a free holiday skating party on Saturday, December 15, 2012, at 5:30 p.m. at the Roller Dome South. This holiday celebration is open to the public and will feature prizes, music, food and games, along with skating.
Wayne Township Trustee Richard Stevenson grew up in a family of 11 children and knows how it feels to do without at the holidays. So, he decided this year he wanted to ensure everybody in our community, regardless of income, has a memorable holiday. That is why he and the Wayne Township staff decided to have a huge holiday celebration and invite everyone.
The Roller Dome South is located right in the Waynedale area at 4540 Bluffton Road. The party will have something going on all the time and will last until 9 p.m. Clowns will be entertaining the children and music will be provided by local musical groups.
Numerous awesome prizes will be given away, including at least twenty bicycles for both children and adults and really cool roller skates. There will be loads of fascinating games for all ages and even a live radio broadcast with Wild 96.3 and “Big Boy Kess.” Best of all, there will be free food, including hot dogs and other yummy treats.
“We have been able to have this holiday celebration because of the help of numerous generous donors,” Trustee Stevenson said. “I want to thank everyone who has made this event possible.” So, bring your children, bring your neighbors, brings your friends and join Trustee Stevenson and the Wayne Township staff to “Roll Out The Year” in style. Remember everything is free.
