Dear Scouting Families,

Since January 1996, Janice Heniser has worked tirelessly in our Scout Shop, helping Scouts find uniforms, unit leaders find the patches and pins they need, and parents and grandparents find Christmas gifts for Scouts and recognition items for their Eagle Scouts.

Janice has dedicated countless hours working at Council Camporees, University of Scouting, and many other events where she would take our Scout Store so Scouts and Scouters could shop more conveniently.

Please join us on July 28th when we will host an Open House Retirement Party in her honor. We will be saying thank you for her years of service at the AWAC Council Offices (8315 W Jefferson Blvd, Fort Wayne) from 4 – 7 pm. Cake, ice cream, and punch will be served! If you cannot join us, please feel free to drop her a note via email at jheniser@awac.org!

We also ask your cooperation in helping to spread the word and forwarding this invitation to all Scouts and Scouters in your contact lists.
