AZAR’S BIG BOY “SPRUCED UP”
Recently the Azar’s Big Boy Restaurant completed an extensive renovation. The upgrades included a complete remodel of the public restrooms, which have been improved to include hands-free fixtures and beautiful tile work, new carpet, ceiling, booths, table tops, a refacing of the salad bar, new counters at the cash stand area, and a new hostess counter. In addition new wall coverings were put up along with a new border and new see-through window shades.
The new look is much brighter with light oak cabinetry and tabletops. It is very comfortable and inviting. George Azar, owner, was seeking a look that keeps the Big Boy in Waynedale an attractive, up-to-date place for local residents to consider as their choice for a pleasant experience in dining out.
All of the renovations were completed in 3 days, which is amazing considering one of those television shows was not involved. This was made possible by great communication with the general contractor, E & V Construction, Jack Laurie Floors, The Recovery Room, Jim Sowders Paint Doctor, John’s Painting, Mid -West Blinds and Aristocrat’s Cabinetry.
