SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED BY POST 241
On July 6, the American Legion Post #241, past Commanders, awarded the annual Frank Lobrillo Memorial College Scholarships. Four scholarships of $500 each were presented to the following students:
Ryan D. Stuck
grandson of Paul Stuck
Nathanial Derickson
son of Steve Derickson
Alexander Derickson
son of Steve Derickson
Amy Giordano
granddaughter of Donald
Harris
The scholarship program is done on a yearly basis through #241’s Legion Post. Applications can be picked up at the Post and all applications must be returned to the Post by June 30 for consideration. To be eligible for a scholarship the applicant must be a relative of a member of the Legion, Sons of the Legion or Ladies Auxiliary, with that member having at least five years continuous membership at Post #241.
