WEITZMAN THEATER
Due to a very generous donation from Concord Village Resident, OpheliaWeitzman, and matching funds form the General Electric Foundation, Lutheran Home Residents (6701 South Anthony Blvd.) will enjoy high-definition movies, DVD’s, Chapel Services, television specials and even their own home movies on the large screen of the Weitzman Theater.
Designed to resemble an old fashioned movie theater, Residents will be able to relax in comfortable theater chairs, have popcorn and soft drinks and enjoy new movies each week. As residents watched through the construction of this new little theater, they would reminisce about how much they enjoyed going to the movies in past years.
