SMOKE ON THE WIND
It is time that we Americans take a stand, and for those that are not able to stand on their own, that we lift them up in prayer. God knows that we need to take inventory of ourselves, our nation, and, most of all, our spirit. Yes, indeed, one spirit can make a change. Taking prayer out of our schools started with one person. That, my friends, is one evil spirit, and it is time that we all stand up and/or kneel and pray. Don’t tell THIS guy that I can’t pray any place or any time that I want.
I saw service in the United States Air Force, and all of us service men and women knew then “In God We Trust.” I still trust in God, and will always stand up for Him. And when I can’t stand, I will kneel. And when I can’t kneel, I shall lie on my back, put my hands together in prayer, and say “Come on, God. Lift me up.”
This is what I stand for. How about you?
