MARKLEBANK WELCOMES NEW STAFF
MarkleBank is pleased to announce that Steve Habig has joined its staff as a Vice President and Relationship Banker at the West Jefferson office in Fort Wayne.
Habig has been in banking for 26 years and has extensive commercial lending experience. He has a business degree from Indiana University with a concentration in finance. Habig is on the board of directors of the YMCA and was formerly on the board of Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana.
He is a Fort Wayne native and has two sons, ages ten and seven. He is an IU basketball fan and enjoys participating in sports as well as watching his sons play baseball, basketball, and football.
Habig joins other new staff members at the West Jefferson office.
Carlos Lanza was hired as a Personal Banker. Lanza has eight years of banking experience and has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Barry University. He is married and has two daughters.
Patti Duly joined MarkleBank in 2006 as the Banking Center Manager and Personal Banker. Duly is a graduate of Indiana Institute of Technology and has an MBA with Human Resources and Management concentrations. She has previous managerial experience in the banking and telecommunications industries.
Sam Brown also joined MarkleBank recently as a Personal Banker. Brown is a graduate of Ivy Tech State University with a degree in computer information systems. His previous banking experience includes consumer lending, product sales, and branch logistics. Brown enjoys volleyball, golf, and hiking.
