MICHAEL D. EVANS, 56
MICHAEL D. EVANS, 56, of Fort Wayne, died Saturday, June 10, 2006, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born October 7, 1949, in Fort Wayne, he worked for TFE Group. He was a member of Kekionga V.F.W. Post 1421, American Legion Post 241 and N.R.A., and served in the Army during the Vietnam era.
“He was a loving father, brother and friend and many called him dad.”
Surviving are his daughters, Taryn K. Ealey and Adrienne M. Evans, both of Fort Wayne; sons, Michael D. Evans and Alexis A. Blevins, both of Fort Wayne; brother, Bob Evans of Coesse; and sisters, Beverly Tustison of Washington.
Celebration of Life was Saturday, at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne.
