PFC JASON A. FRY
PFC JASON A. FRY
PFC Jason A. Fry, 25 years old, graduated from MCRD-San Diego on November 19, 2004. A graduate from Homestead High School in 1998, he joined the United States Marines, leaving for Basic Training on August 22, 2004.

He is currently stationed at Camp Horno, which is located in Camp Pendleton, CA. His MOS (Military Occupational School) is 03-11 Infantry, which he completed after 3 months of intense training on February 4, 2005.

PFC Fry will be going overseas in July to either Afghanistan or Iraq. He influenced his stepbrother, Robert J. Ybarra to also serve our country.

PFC Fry is the son of Michael Fry and stepson of Judy Fry of Lafayette Center Road.

 

PFC Robert J. Ybarra, 24 years old, graduated from MCRD-San Diego on March 4, 2005. A graduate of Wayne High School in 1999, he joined the United States Marines on November 30, 2004.

His stepbrother, PFC Jason A. Fry, encouraged him while he was home on leave in November following his graduation.

While PFC Ybarra was at Wayne High School, he was in the AFJROTC class under the instruction of Major Ed Bennett and SMSgt. William Tester. He will be stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA for 20 days to receive his Combat Training, then on to his MOS (Military Occupational School) of Aircraft Mechanic. Location will be determined upon his completion of Combat Training.

PFC Ybarra is a member of the Waynedale United Methodist Church and the American Legion Post #241 in Waynedale.

PFC Ybarra is the stepson of Michael Fry, and son of Judy K. Fry, Lafayette Center Road, and Daniel C. Ybarra, Chicago, IL.
