ADVERTISING COMPANY EXPANDS INTO WAYNEDALE AREA
BIG Design + Advertising is moving its Fort Wayne office to the landmark Pyramid Plaza building near Waynedale to accommodate its growing business and better meet client needs. Pyramid Plaza, at 8902 Airport Drive, is located just off the Airport Expressway, less than a mile from Fort Wayne International Airport.
For the last five years, BIG has occupied the refurbished, former No. 10 fire station on East State Blvd. The move will more than double its workspace. By December, BIG will completely renovate and occupy 5,500 square feet of the 19,000 square-foot Pyramid building. The current tenant, Fox Contracting, will continue to lease 10,000 square feet. The 3,500 remaining square feet are reserved for future growth.
“The new building offers us unlimited growth potential,” says Chad Stuckey, president of BIG. “In addition to our office space on the first floor, we’ll have a complete conference and training facility in house that we can make available to our clients, who often need a place to hold large meetings.”
Key to the relocation decision was the convenient proximity to the airport and accessibility to the 469 by-pass and I-69. “With a growing list of clients across the Midwest and as far as North Carolina and Washington, we were looking for a place that’s easy for them to reach,” explains Stuckey. The location also puts employees within a short drive to the company’s Indianapolis office opened in March of this year.
