FORREST L. BUTTS, 86

FORREST L. BUTTS, 86, of Fort Wayne, died Wednesday, June 16, 2004, at his residence. Born June 5, 1918, in Pen Argyl, PN, he was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, member of Emmaus Lutheran Church and retired in 1975 from Sears Roebuck & Co.

Survivors include the love of his life, Dolores M. Butts of Fort Wayne; daughter, Donna Richards of Washington State; sons, Ronald K. (Linda) Butts, David L. Butts, Keith W. (Peggy) Butts and Kevin W. Butts, all of Fort Wayne; ten grandchildren and step-grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

Graveside service was Monday, June 21 at Highland Park Cemetery, 2403 East Wallen Road. Arrangements by Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Homes, Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road.

Preferred memorials to Emmaus Lutheran Church.
