SCOUTING SMOKE SIGNALS

AN INVITE FROM TROOP 38 SPONSORED BY CALVARY UMC

Troop 38 is inviting the members of Calvary UMC, and all 1st and 2nd year Webelos Scouts in the Waynedale area to their ANNUAL HAYRIDE AND ALL YOU CAN EAT WEENIE ROAST to be held from 6pm to ?pm, Saturday, October 25, 2003 at the SouthWest Conservation Club, 7505 Bluffton Road. There will be a bon fire and hot dogs, two kinds of CHILI (GOOD and ARRRRRHHHH), chips, bug juice, and hot water for fixin’ your own hot chocolate and coffee. Come on out and bring your parents. Boys 11 years old through 17 are invited if they have an interest in joining the troop. Bring your parents and money to pay for your first year’s membership, insurance, and Boy’s Life Magazine subscription. There will be hayrides around the property. Dress for the weather. Come in costume if you like. Come early if you want to help set up the weather shelter, serve food, or get the bon fire started.
