BILLIE JEAN GILLMAN, 74

Billie Jean Gillman, 74, died Tuesday, March 25, 2003 at Lutheran Hospital. A native of Rochester, Pennsylvania, she a homemaker and a member of first Presbyterian Church in Ossian, Indiana. She was a past member of the Board of Directors, Fort Wayne Workers for the Blind and a member of National Federation of the Blind.

She is survived by her husband Louis E. Gillman, Ossian, Indiana; son Daniel L. Gillman, Fort Wayne; grandsons Gideon Gillman, Fort Wayne; Nehemiah Gillman, Fort Wayne; and an aunt Mary Miller, Fulton, Missouri.

Graveside services and burial were held Tuesday, April 1, 2003 at Greenlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Lyle Ewing (First Presbyterian-Ossian) officiating. Preferred Memorials to Fort Wayne workers for the blind or National Federation of the Blind. Information furnished by Klaehn Fahl and Melton Funeral Home, Winchester Road Chapel.
