CHARLES R. BEAL, 98

Charles R. Beal, 98, died Sunday, September 8, 2002 at Concord Village. A native of Huntington County, he worked in maintenance at Huntington County Hospital for 2 years. He was a member of Avalon Missionary Church. He was a beloved Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and like gardening. He is preceded in death by his wife Helen Beal who passed away in 1995 and by a sister Grace Roberts.

He is survived by son John R. Beal, Fort Wayne; daughter Carolyn R. Stricker, Lee Summitt, Missouri; 12 Grandchildren, 26 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.

Services were held Wednesday, September 11, 2002 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals with burial in Lancaster Cemetery. Memorials to Avalon Missionary Church Youth Camp.
